HSE performance does not only depend on the appropriate technology - having the proper management system in place is the crucial issue. A management system
means a formalised and systematic approach with regard to policy, procedures, delegation and responsibility, maintenance, training, auditing, continual improvement and review.

Management systems according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 or EMAS deal with all these aspects, however, they are often handled as a stand-alone system without proper integration into the general management of operating HSE relevant plants. It is our approach to have fully integrated HSE management systems by making use of modern IT based plant management and documentation tools.

  • handbooks (integrated IT solutions including document management)
  • guidelines, procedures etc.
  • implementation of HSE management systems and assistance in ISO certification
  • integration of existing systems (quality, safety, environmental)
